The Mast Cell Support Library is a digital educational product. Your one-time purchase provides online access to the library described on the sales page. There is no physical product to return and no recurring subscription charge.

All sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, credits, or refunds because you change your mind, decide the content is not right for you, or choose not to log in or use it. Please review the sales page and free sample entry before purchasing.

If you cannot access the library after purchase, email [email protected] with your order number and the email address used at checkout. Please also contact us if you believe you were charged twice or charged in error.

This policy does not limit any rights or remedies you may have under applicable law.
