Community experience with PEA is mixed. Some people in MCAS, histamine-intolerance, and chronic-pain communities report less pain, better sleep, or other meaningful improvements. Others report little change, gastrointestinal upset, or significant worsening or reactions.
These reports are anecdotal. They are useful for seeing the range of real-world experiences, but they cannot predict whether PEA will help or be tolerated by a particular person.
